Most of these movies were so popular and influential that they have been recently recreated. A unforgettable 60s musical that used rock and roll , along with drastically changing Broadway was the musical called, Hair. Another memorable play was The Sound of Music, which was a fairytale love story about a novice nun who acts as a governess for the children of a naval officer. These plays and movies have had a lasting effects on drama and musical entertainment.

The Sexy Sixties were full of love, fashion, and music. From the Mods to the Hippies and musicals to drive in movies, the s were about entertainment and the fashions that came from it. The art and styles are still revolving and are today back in the fashion scene once again.
